It was a busy but fun day, with the entire day packed with Poomse forms, board breaking, sparring and featuring the new demonstration team competitions. We had over 400+ young and old students participating in this event!

We saw a group of beginner white belts doing impressive board breaking routines and forms. From more experienced taekwondo students, we saw weapons forms, advanced Poomse forms and always exciting-to-watch sparring competitions.
A huge shoutout to the Basking Ridge Orchestra members for volunteering their time in making our 2016 Garden State Championships XX a most successful event!
