Congratulations to our newest deputy black belts, Bridget, David, Greg, Ian E, Ian F, Jack, Kuber, Neel, Santiago and Vikash!
The journey to obtaining the deputy black belt status has been a long and arduous one. With many students putting in 6 days a week of training during the past couple of months. The crucible truly tested our students’ mental and physical limitations to the maximum. We are very proud that all our students successfully endured a grueling 5 hour test.
We invite you to follow along as our deputy black belts turn to a brand new chapter in their Taekwondo journey to become certified black belts. This process, which will take 6 months to a year, will be even more challenging but we are confident that they will achieve success!
We want to thank esteemed guests, Master Lee and Master Kim who are Taekwondo International Referees, for sitting as our judges along with Grand Master Choi.
Lastly, many thanks to Grand Master Choi, Ma’am Kelley, Sir Avery and older black belts who provided valuable mentorship and life lessons along the way to help our young students grow up.
